3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
When creating an account as a Student, Recruitment Partner, or University Representative:
- You must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree not to upload fraudulent, forged, or unauthorized academic documents.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Applications & Document Handling
When you submit an application to a university via NELO, you authorize us to transmit your specified academic transcripts, credentials, and profile details to that institution’s admissions office. We do not sell your data or documents to third-party commercial vendors.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NELO and Planet Education Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from university admission rejections, visa refusals, travel delays, or tuition fee adjustments made by third-party institutions.
