The LLM Advanced Legal Practice (SQE Pathway) is designed for those aiming to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales while simultaneously earning a master’s degree. This programme is ideal for recent UK LLB graduates, law graduates from other jurisdictions, current paralegals, or internationally qualified lawyers. Delivered in collaboration with The College of Legal Practice, the course provides a unique international perspective on law. Students benefit from a blended learning approach, combining on-campus study at the Hendon campus with online learning via the Canvas platform. The full-time programme is completed in one year, while a part-time option is available over two years. The curriculum focuses on essential legal expertise, including dispute resolution, business, property, and criminal law, alongside practical research skills. By integrating academic study with preparation for the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE), the institution ensures students are well-prepared for the professional legal environment.
